Yes. That's the beauty of Center of Defensive Arts. Our curriculum is versatile enough so that individuals of all ages and genders can learn self defense skills. One does not need to be a great athlete to learn how to protect themselves.

How long are classes?

A typical adult class at our school lasts one and a half hours. Our youth classes (ages 12 and under) are one hour. However, there are a number of ways to structure classes and seminars to suit one's needs.
